These terms apply to all retail customers, builders, architects, trade partners, and B2B corporate gifting purchasers under the parent management of the House of Sadar Electric Company.

2. SERVICE PILLARS AND PRODUCT ESTIMATES

Kitchen Outfitters provides high-end built-in appliances and bespoke modular layout consultancy. Estimates, price points, and product specifications listed in our digital B2B catalog are indicative and intended for volume estimation. Final pricing will be provided via direct WhatsApp/Email sales quote invoices issued by our head office.

3. B2B CORPORATE ORDERS AND CUSTOM BRANDING

Our corporate gifting catalog offers custom brand engraving and specific logo printings. Once a bulk quote is approved and dispatched via our interactive RFQ tool, customized logo orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced. Delivery timelines will be coordinated directly.

4. WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

We honor direct manufacturer warranties on all premium appliances (Bosch, Siemens, Miele, LG, etc.). Additionally, our parent entity House of Sadar Electric Company (Est. 1948) provides:

• On-site inspection and post-purchase installation verification.
• Reliable after-sales logistics support and assistance with manufacturer service centers.

5. JURISDICTION

Any dispute, claim, or transaction arising from these Terms of Service or purchases made through Kitchen Outfitters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, with jurisdiction reserved exclusively in the courts of Delhi NCR.
